1600 Callowhill is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $35 per month per pet. There is also a $350 one-time fee required for each household. There are no breed restrictions or weight limits, but a pet interview will be conducted prior to move-in. Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
